Bug reports and false positives are the most useful thing you can send. Both get read.
General enquiries and corrections: hello@browserscan.in
Privacy requests and data removal: privacy@browserscan.in
Reporting a false positive
Detection is probabilistic, and it gets things wrong. A report is far more useful with three things in it: the session identifier from the results page, the browser and version you were running, and what you expected the result to be. Screenshots help less than the session ID does.
Response time
This is a small project rather than a company. Replies usually take up to three working days, and every report is read even when the reply is slow.
